Welcome to the new Event Management System (EMS) for John Carroll University

Here you can find information about departments that are currently using Virtual EMS, spaces that are used on campus, and in some cases, login to make requests for campus spaces.

 You can use the Browse Availability feature under the "Browse" menu to look at space. You do not need to be logged in to do this.

Welcome to John Carroll University’s Event Management System. From here, you will be able to view a comprehensive list of JCU events including classes, conferences, cultural activities, athletic events and more. You may also use this system to schedule events for your group, department or organization.

Users enter the system as a Guest, by default. You can select one of the three options under the Browse menu above to:

If you are from an academic department and would like to request a classroom change for a course, please complete and submit this form.

Request for Classroom Change

To get started on a new reservation, please go to My Account on the top menu bar and click Log-In (use your JCU credentials to log on).

Under the Reservations tab select the specific form that you're authorized to book the facilities.

After identifing the location and setup needs, please add your event details and submit your form for review.
